I started out thinking, I know, I’ll be a famous author. Everyone will dote on my every word. But then reality hit me squarely in the face and that ended that. I was told ‘You have to learn how to write, you have to learn form, you have to learn how to take large gobs of feces’. Hmmm, I thought it’s got to be easier than that. Well, it wasn’t, hasn’t been and I doubt it ever will. Perhaps, if I write like Dean Koontz, or Steven King, that’ll ensure my instant success. Yes, yes, that’s what I’ll do, maybe one these publishers will realize I’ve got talent. Some did, to the tune of a few thousand dollars. The great American novel, writng ebook stories, or just writing for pleasure, it’s all the same. I’ve learned my lesson, just write for the fun of it and hope for the best.
